Terms of service
These terms govern your use of NoBoards. By creating an account or using the private workspace, you agree to them with the service operator identified with this deployment.
The service
NoBoards organizes public job information, extracts compatibility signals such as location, work mode, seniority and references to visa sponsorship, lets you record an opportunity stage, and can suggest reusable answers for your review. Compatibility, workflow and answer suggestions are organizational aids, not an employer record or confirmation that an application was received. NoBoards does not automatically fill or submit an employer's application form. The service is not an employer, recruiter, immigration adviser or guarantee of employment.
Compatibility evidence
Scores, labels and alerts are based on available posting and application-form evidence. Employers can omit information, change requirements or make errors. “Not stated” does not mean compatible, and every user remains responsible for checking the original posting and confirming eligibility with the employer.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not scrape private endpoints, disrupt the service, evade access controls or use the product unlawfully.
Paid plans, billing and renewal
Pro is a recurring subscription processed by Stripe. Before you confirm payment, Stripe Checkout displays the billing interval, price, currency and any applicable taxes being collected. By confirming Checkout, you authorize the displayed charge and automatic charges at the start of each renewal period until you cancel. Unless Checkout states otherwise, Pro renews automatically for the same billing interval.
Cancellation, account deletion and refunds
You may cancel Pro from Billing in the private workspace. A standard cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and Pro remains available until then. Deleting your NoBoards account instead cancels any active subscription and ends Pro access immediately. Account deletion is permanent.
Refund policy: Refund requests may be sent to [email protected]; refund eligibility is determined under the terms presented at purchase and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Price changes
We may change Pro pricing for future billing periods. We will give notice before a price change applies to a renewal and provide an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect, as required by applicable law.
Third-party content
Employers and job platforms own and control their postings. We are not responsible for third-party availability, hiring decisions, content accuracy or external services reached through NoBoards.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NoBoards is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service, missed opportunities or reliance on extracted information.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the law identified by the service operator. Subject to rights and forums that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes are submitted to the venue identified by the service operator.
